I contacted to complain when my item had still not been dispatched a week after my item was ordered. It was waiting to be received by Evri for about 5 days.

I emailed to complain about this, and they said they fulfilled the processing time they mention on the website of 2-4 days. They blamed Evri for the delay.

So I guess no one takes accountability for the 5 days the package was sitting around not being dispatched.

I could have purchased the game for cheaper, and received it next day, with Amazon.

Don’t believe the shipping times people. As it was meant to be delivered in 2-3 days, and I had left ample time for this to be done.

I had ordered the package to arrive before travelling, and it arrived in the afternoon after I’d left. I actually wanted the game for the trip. It was left outside, but luckily a neighbour picked up the package and I was able to get it on my return.

I would have returned it but I think it’s a pisstake having to pay for returns when shipping wasn’t fulfilled on time.

Never came when I ordered for my birthday last year took me weeks to get a refund! owner also writes her own positive reviews on Trust pilot, pathetic.

Don’t order, just look at Al the negative reviews!!

Gave it a 2 star purely because the game is good but the customer service is APPALLING. I ordered with a 2-3 day delivery, on Saturday it came 9 days later…
I wanted it for my birthday weekend so decided to order it a week early but didn’t even get it in time.
I noticed it was stuck on we’re expecting at Evri 5 days after placing the order, turns out they hadn’t even posted it yet!
I contacted them via email and Instagram only got a reply on Instagram saying to contact their emails which I had already done.
Just bad service overall I would get the game again but order it from one of their third party shops like urban outfitters or Oliver bonas.

I thought I was scammed because they did not include the tracking number but then they answered my email but it took very long. But it arrived finally today after almost 2 months.

Item never arrived, €23 gone down the drain, they never included customs forms on my parcel and then just decided to ignore my emails lol avoid avoid avoid

This company doesn’t even deserve one star. Order never arrived, my emails were never responded to. I wish I’d checked the reviews here before ordering - looks to be a total scam. I will be claiming a chargeback on my credit card. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Wouldn’t even give them one star if I could. Has to be the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m not one to write negative reviews, however this company is so poorly run and has such bad lack of communication, I just had to. I ordered the cards a couple of weeks ago and never received them. Countless emails, dm’s and I even commented on their tiktok about the situation. To which they had the audacity to just like my comment and not even reply. £15 wasted. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE

Item never arrived. Sent emails, messages on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, all of which were ignored. Luckily I only lost £15, but quite clearly a scam and would highly recommend everyone avoids this disgusting company.

I ordered from them because I saw their games on tiktok. I placed the order and much later only received half of what I ordered. I have send so many emails I can’t keep count. They only responded twice and said they would send a replacement. It never came, I have not got my money back or the cards. Do not order from them!

Same experience as everyone else, cards didn’t arrive. Emailed and they responded to say they will resend them. A month later still no sign. Continuous emails, Instagram, tik tok messages and nothing.
I think it’s very disgusting how they run their business, especially for a start up. You would think they have the decency to own up to their mistakes, instead of ignore them.

Avoid this company. I placed an order in July and still have not received my items. They have ignored every attempt I have made to contact them.

I placed an order back in June to get the cards but did not receive them. Sent an email 10 days later and they responded saying that it got lost in the mail and they were going to resend it to me. It's currently end of August and I have yet to receive the cards. Attempts at emailing them for a follow-up, sending them enquiries on their website, on Instagram, and on TikTok have all gone ignored. I'm very disappointed!

do not order it has nearly been a month. they are ignoring all of my attempts to make contact. spend £50 on this site and i would advise you to steer clear of this site. they only care for influencers and scamming.

Appalling customer service, only responded to my emails when I lodged a complaint via PayPal. Promised delivery but quite apparent item never dispatched. Did get a refund but only after I had to chase. Would not suggest any involvement with this organisation.

I placed an preorder on the 30th of July. I didn’t hear anything from them and didn’t get my order by the 9th of October. Therefore, I wrote an email to which they responded that they could resend or refund the money. I choose the refund. I didn’t hear anything again and wrote another email on the 30th of October which they didn’t respond to. I still haven’t gotten my money back. Can’t recommend them!!!

Placed my order 02/10/2021 with 2-4 day shipping. However, it is now 14/10/2021 and I have still not received my game and when reaching out to the company I have had no response from the emails I have sent regarding what is going on and my comments on their instagram keep getting deleted. This is highly frustrating as I have no idea what is going on as I cannot get a response from them.

Literally the best social drinking games! So much fun playing this with my group last weekend. Will definitely be getting played many more times!
