Ilayda was brilliant. Not being tech savvy at all it was frustrating being locked out of websites. But she got me up and running again.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

This is a great advertising tool for agents. Tenants reviews on here complaining about individual agents thinking they are Lettingweb should be removed as they are misleading. Unanswered emails, not getting accepted for flats etc etc is nothing to do with Lettingweb. This is purely an advertising tool with benefits for agents and a great site for tenants to compare many properties on one site from many different agents.
Absolute disgraceful service
Absolute disgraceful service . After 3 attempts with them over the months and with no help or reply . It seems that the rumors may be true that if you are a single working guy and not a woman with a kid then you have no chance . They should be pulled up on discriminatory charges and when i eventually gather the evidence I need then I will go to the relative authorities about this .
Massive Waste of Time
MyRentalCV was used by my (very dodgy) letting agents to give them information about my tenancy history. It was very convoluted but did work. I was phoned a few weeks later by a (very nice) customer services man who tried to make me take out contents insurance, said they'd pay my council tax bill (my council had never heard of this and it never happened anyway) and took out a new energy provider deal without my consent. The latter in particular has caused me considerable time and hassle, having to cancel this new deal and apply all over again for my old deal which I had only set up 6 weeks prior.
MyrentalCV: a stressful process made more stressful
Total shambles - didn't work properly at all and was disruptive, requiring my partner and I to ask the same people for separate tenant references. My old letting agent had issues with the scoring and it wouldn't work, trashing my score. The proposed solution was labour intensive for them involving the suggestion for them to contact letting web directly - which they have neither time nor motivation to do. I uploaded a reference email from them as a document - but this section is clunky and not fit for purpose. Credit rating wouldn't work (for no reason - I am registered everywhere properly and receive regular credit reports). Annoying, cumbersome and clunky. We were lucky and got the flat we wanted in the end but this could so easily have prevented that.
Useless website
Useless website and once you have a rental they’ll use your details to cold call you about setting up bills. Avoid.
Reeks of incompetence....
Was sent a reference form by this company and first impression was that the form looks 10 years out of date. This would be forgivable if the form actually worked. It asks for 3 years address history and despite providing over 4 years worth on the submission page the form does not allow submission due to an error "you must provide at least 3 years address history". Contacted their 'customer support' via email and they were just as useless as the broken form. This organisation just reeks of incompetence.
Safe Letting Glasgow UNsafe be carefull
If there would have been negative star value I would have preferred to go for that, as Safe Letting is not at all safe to deal with. They are unprofessional persons who do not care to respect law of the land. Saima who claims to be experienced and professional in letting business steel the goods of their tenants in their absence. I along with my family went for funeral of my father to India which was within knowledge of Saima and Safe letting staff, but they entered my flat and steel all the household goods and things and stuff which they found not of their use they put them in bin. (Un) Safe Letting unlawful eviction put my family including two minor kids on road without access to our flat and belongings. Although we were in two months of arrears of rent due to loss of job, but lived their for 5 years and never missed any rent payment. Even for eviction petition to be maintainable before Housing Tribunal there must be rent arrears for 3 months , so they are the goons on the name of letting business , who do not care about law and human right of even minor kids. We lost all our household stuff build during last 10 years in one go. They even destroyed our old passports and important documents , they even did not spare the holy books and holy pictures, which is disrespect to any religion.
I would advise everyone to be alert if you are dealing with Saima or Safe Letting in any capacity. If you see the reviews its evident that Saima is modus operandi of fraudulent acts.
