Bad customer service
Unfortunately another no reaction in case of my return.
I have returned the bags and they arrived on 15th January at the address the company provided in case of returns. I still haven’t received any reaction in case of further actions, although I’ve sent another emails as previously. (This is not the first time I’m having bad experience - in case of the same order)
They are asking to delete bad reviews that’s why I think we are seeing only good ones. Not recommend. I am guessing somebody will reach out again now immediately and the process will be the same.
