I’ve only discovered Brian Ridgway and Level 5 Mentoring a few months ago and I’ve been progressing learning to breathe to bring myself to presence. There are so many amazing videos & resources that I haven’t even gotten through them all. And now there’s an amazing app that walks you through a process as though you are there with Brian!
Without even knowing what I was doing yet, I had an experience the other day while breathing and listening for what my inner children may have to say.
I had an amazing breakthrough of something that has affected me my whole life relating to my relationship with my siblings and understood it in a whole new way.
Not only did I feel an instant freedom from what has held me back, but moments after I finished my session and turned my phone back on, I immediately received a message from one of my siblings, that an investment of my parents I wasn’t even aware of was being divided between us and I will be receiving a substantial amount of money from it! I was blown away!
Talk about validation and a major expansion.
I can’t wait to see what wonderful changes and expansions happen when I really know what I’m doing!

When I discovered Level 5 Mentoring, I was looking for answers to life, an understanding of true reality, and to understand how I was getting in my own way of living the life I truly desired. To say that I found what I was looking for is an understatement!! That was about 8 months ago and I've been expanding ever since. I now have an ease of living that I'd never had before, closer relationships with family, and can more clearly hear my intuition/true self that has always been there guiding me. My perception of the world, life, and everything has completely changed and I prefer it this way! I’ve done the work. Years of personal development. I’m a coach. I know the language, the tools, the frameworks. And still… the same patterns kept showing up. Different forms, same root. Periods of clarity, then back to reactivity. I could manage it, soften it, understand it—but not end it.

I came across Level 5 through another coach. I circled around it, compared it to what I thought I knew. I did what I tend to do—I tried to figure it out. Eventually, I stopped trying to work it out and let the work work on me. I did the work. I slowed down. I allowed it to penetrate to the core of my being.

That’s when things shifted. Not insight. Not another strategy. Not motivation. Not a way to manipulate myself into doing something. A shift at the level the patterns are actually created. The simplest way to say it is this: I’m not reacting the way I used to. Not because I’m trying not to—but because there’s nothing there to react from in the same way. That’s new.

I’m not the same person I was a year ago. And this time, it doesn’t feel like something I have to maintain. If you want more tools, there are plenty out there. If you’re done circling the same patterns in more sophisticated ways, Level 5 is different.

Finally something that works! (I've been into self-help for 17 years). Now I am able to easily do the things I was afraid to do. Level 5 goes beyond simple life improvement or problem-solving, even beyond spirituality. I'd say it's about living truth and love while creating an amazing life experience. Thank you!

I have been in the personal / spiritual development space for over 40 years.

Whilst all the "other" programs served their purposes perfectly well for where I was at at that time in my life.

For me, Brian & L5 Mentoring encapsulates everything I had been "searching" for and had an innate feeling of "I must be missing something" there's got to be something more.

For me, this is the place, the space where I have received and learnt "tools" and a reminder returning to being sovereign and completely 100% responsible for my life. And all the freedom that comes with that.

I no longer call what I do 'personal development' for me it is expanding Self-Awareness.

I've been working with Brian and Level 5 mentoring for 2 years. This is the real deal!

I found Brian a few months ago, and I'm not even sure where to start — his work is truly amazing.

I've been doing the breathing practice for the last couple of months, and that alone has shifted my reality and well-being in so many areas of my life. I also joined some of his programs, and life has gotten easier and calmer ever since.

To make a long story short, let me give you one example: A week ago, I had the honor of experiencing a life spell break with Brian, which started with a simple question on my side about feeling overwhelmed. What happened next was remarkable. I immediately felt more centered and relaxed — and it stayed that way. A painful tension in my neck and shoulders that I had carried for years? Simply gone.

The shifts didn't stop there. One of my cats, who spent her first years in a shelter and has been with us for five years, suddenly started jumping up on the couch and the bed to sit beside me — something she had never done before. She even let me pet her belly.

And last, but certainly not least: my husband has been dealing with health issues for over two years that no one could explain or do anything about. He is now slowly but clearly getting better — without doing anything himself except the breathing, but with me shifting into a more relaxed version of me, it created a space for him to relax and have space to heal.

Spent over 2.5 years in the Spell Breaker mentor program. Was promised paid referrals after completing the mentor training, so stayed on paying the monthly fee of about $400AU while the delivery dates kept getting extended (initially about 12 months - now still ongoing at over 36 months) and the company focused on getting new paid clients in rather than satisfying the expectations of the first cohort. The person who was in charge of the mentor training then left suddenly with no explanation to us, and the company then renegged on their promises, stating they never guaranteed paid referrals. Not in writing, they didnt, but in many online sessions they did verbally. Certified Mentors then expected to do further training with a new set of parameters, a new management team and 'mentor leaders' who, in my professional opinion, were very underskilled for their jobs, and quite task immature. Offers of refunds were made but by far the majority were denied and when I tried, after getting very fed up and disillusioned, they claimed the refund period was closed. ??? No-one knew when that was instituted. After my initial excitement about joining Level 5, I quickly became concerned about over promising and under delivering, their business model and the quality of the leadership. My concerns were justified. Many on the mentor program have left, those that remain show signs of 'cult' followers. I have learnt from Brian, but the investment of time and money was way greater than the rewards in my opinion. Also do not recommend attending their live programs. I went to one 4 day event in Hawaii, extremely expensive, Brian appeared tired and distracted at times, he arrived late most days and promises of excursions did not eventuate. Some moments of genuine expansive learning, but not enough to justify the outlay. The best part was the people who were there, not Brian. He also has a slightly 'sleazy' kind of vibe with women, in my observation.

On Tuesday, March 17, 2026 I had a live Spellbreak with Brian Ridgway.

During my Spellbreak session with Brian, he picked-up on every single thought, feeling and emotion before they even surfaced with breathtaking accuracy. 💥💥💥

Brian’s presence, attunement, and intuitive precision were nothing short of surgical — and the trueness of what he brought forward was mind-boggling in its depth and benefit.

On a follow-up session my experience amplified tenfold. Brian chose to review the video of the spell break, and the gift of observing it from a fresh perspective — simultaneously multiplied the impact beyond measure.

I found Brian D. Ridgway and Level 5 Mentoring when I was at a point in my life where I was done living in suffering. I have tried everything including meditation, belief change, hypnosis, NLP, various kinds of energy work, and more training and workshops than I would like to count. So many hours of my life. While I found some relief, I still had no way out of the suffering I was aware I was creating. Talk about frustration!
Brian’s ever-expanding work has revealed how I was creating my reality far beyond my awareness creating experiences that felt heavy, repetitive, and draining because I didn’t feel safe. I could see for years that I was storing emotions instead of fully feeling them. Those stored emotions, along with what I “believe I know", were creating loops I kept living in my daily life. I simply had no path fully out!

After over 25 years of personal development, certifications, and training, I now walk an ever-expanding path of presence, love, joy, and peace. There is a difference between relief and liberation. Five years ago, I first encountered Brian’s work. I had signed up for a few sessions but decided it wasn’t for me. Last year, I came across one of his ads again and signed up for one of the weekend events. Something had shifted during that weekend, and I haven’t looked back since. His work has made more of a difference than other self-help courses I’ve tried.

The L5 work has aspects that might be familiar from other transformational work, but there are things that were new to me. Somehow it works; it works better than other stuff like affirmations, visualisation, medication, etc., that I had tried. My results to date aren’t “spectacular”; I am not a completely different person, nor have I made major changes because I’m working on a lot of limiting beliefs. I’m making progress at my own pace, and that’s totally fine. One of the biggest changes for me is feeling safer in the world, in my own skin, and in life.

The L5 community is amazing and super supportive, and I enjoy the workshops and sessions. Even though the style might not be for everyone, Brian is genuine, passionate about creating a better world, and what you see is what you get. I’m grateful for this work and excited about creating a life I prefer.
