The card box was not as high-quality as…
The card box was not as high-quality as other items I have purchased from Levenger. For example, I have your large three shelf pen storage box and it is lovely. This card box is flimsy.

Very poor shipping process
I have bought numerous products from Levenger over the past several years. I have never been disappointed in any of the products. Shipping is another matter. I placed an order October 10th of several pen refills, a pen (which is always free shipping), and a small leather pens case. Shipping was $24.95 with an estimated arrival date of October 27th. The majority of my purchases are online and I am sorry to say Levenger’s shipping process ranks in the very bottom.
