Not even put my house number or Street name on package. Now held up in UK awaiting Le Vent to email UK carrier. They are not responding to my email giving them full instructions, FB message or Instagram. Was Christmas present. Yesterday claimed I had to do it. Which is nonsense. Spent hours trying to trace package via Colissimo and now Parcelfore UK. All they need to do is email Parcelforce. And incidentally the Discount Code did not work either. Total waste of time. Extremely bad service.
