Levetop autonomous drone. Didn't work out of the box. Contacted their support for a replacement charging base and they asked me to pay for it and shipping. Have chased them for almost 2 years and I've never had a functioning drone. Will never back another kickstarter. They give you a hard time on their facebook page when you complain yet they don't provide customer support. Thanks Rina!
Falsely advertised from inception. I requested a refund when the Kickstarter delivery date was delayed by two months as I realised that the marketing video and advertised abilities were nowhere near based in reality. The creator tried first to charge me a 20% fee. Then eventually sent back $173 of my $200 pledge. The $27 I was not paid was used by the creator to pay their Kickstarter fee as well as the fee charged by paypal to send me a refund. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! Do not support people who do not take responsibility for their poor planning and failure to deliver a product as promised.
