I bought a medispine bed in 2023 from lewis,a month down the line i complained at the shop that the bed is not level was told to by the sales person to turn it around of which i did,2 yrs down the line the springs started to show and the bed was worse went back to the shop was told the bed is out of guarantee and cant be helped.That is robbery by a furniture shop
We have just bought two beds and received excellent informative and attentive service from Marie. It takes a while to choose beds and she was very patient with us.

This is the second time I have purchased from this company and they make the experience very easy both online and instore. Communication is very good and the delivery time. On this delivery the men were extremely helpful. They unwrapped the chest of drawers and carried them to room I required. For a female pensioner this type of customer service is highly appreciated
