Good experience with clear communication and professionalism. Had a superstructured survey with an overview over the phone on the same day. The final report was ready within a week. Can definitely recommend and would choose them again in the future. Very good email communications, always speedy and helpful.

Clear communication from the start and easy, clear pricing.
Got a call from the surveyor immediately after the inspection to discuss things before getting the report which was really helpful.
Our surveyor also took the time to answer a few questions we had after reading the report.
The report was very thorough and ended up saving us 10's of thousands of pounds.
Would use again, and will be using again for another purchase.

Very recently had a house survey done by LHL and delighted by the service they offered. The survey was booked in promptly and I received a summary over the phone the following day and a detailed written report after 48 hours.

Shaun Hill came out to survey a wall and a window we had installed last year by a builder who we found out that the window hadn’t been fitted to building regulations, didn’t even fit the hole that they had built for it and we were having problems with a lot of condensation and flaking of the ceiling paint. Plus other problems.
Shaun arrived on time. Got straight to the task in hand. Explained a few reasonings to me and took a lot of photos.
The report came back quickly and concise, just what I wanted.
