If I could leave negative stars I…

If I could leave negative stars I would!!! DO NOT GO HERE! I had to bring my car back 3 different times to have the air conditioning repaired and it's STILL broken. They keep charging me to repair a new broken part in the AC unit and I could have purchased a whole new unit by now. They keep your car for days to diagnose the issue and still no resolution!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!

RUN from this service Department

Brought my 2018 Ram Rebel to this dealership because of exhaust manifold issues which are prevalent on all Ram Hemi 1500 trucks which RAM is aware of, but doesn't issue a recall because of their faulty exhaust manifolds that warp due to excessive heat and ends up breaking bolts inside the engine block which happens around 45k-65k miles. I used this dealership because it's a RAM dealership and I figured they knew what they were doing ‍. I also had Car Shield top of the line warranty coverage (don't ever purchase because they are garbage). Needless to say, the manifolds were warped with bolts breaking off as well as a CV axle needing to be replaced. I told my service rep Adolfo within 3 minutes of meeting him that I have Car Shield and he didn't say anything about it. Instead, he waited until after they diagnosed my Ram and then told me that their dealership had issues with Car Shield for non-payment which has nothing to do with me. However, they are holding my truck ransom until this warranty company pays for the services which again has nothing to do with me especially since they received approval from Car Shield for the repairs. They should have informed me from the very beginning and I would have taken my Ram Rebel to some other dealership for the needed repairs. Adolfo blatantly lied to my face telling me the part will come in within the hour and I would get my truck sometime in the afternoon. I'm now without a vehicle and I also have to contact an attorney to sue Larry H. Miller for Grand Theft Auto.

Please take your vehicle to any reputable dealership other than Larry H. Miller because they will all lie to your face and illegally confiscate your vehicle regardless of having a 3rd party vehicle warranty.

Sincerely,
Brian R. Stephenson MSN APRN FNP-C

DODGE RUINED MY LIFE (PART 2 OF 2)

NM DODGE DEALERSHIPS RUN BY MEXICAN CARTEL THUGS WHO DEMAND MONEY & REFUSE TO WORK

PART 2 OF 2
Car 1st towed to Dodge in Los Lunas for appt February 6, 2023. Brian Crowe kept me waiting in rental car 8 days before deciding to replace Radiator & Thermostat - but not Water Pump (replaced at ABQ Melloy Dodge in March 2022,been stinking up engine and car) - for a total of 10 days in a rental car. To date: the Dodge Nebulous Bondage Crisis that started
JULY 22 2022 has cost over $8,800.00 so far. On April 21, 2023 Steven Trujillo at Dodge in Los Lunas returned car (after messing around with it almost three
months) with a damaged engine worse than it ever was since July 22, 2002; a large
dent in passenger door; out of warranty; stinky from coolant; & car can't EVEN drive one mile and $15,000 on car!!! For almost 3 months, Steven Trujillo refused to discuss tests to determine cause of engine overheating & coolant leak - this was all a big game and set up to him. Beginning March 3, 2023, I had to take car back to Steven Trujillo at least 4 times asking him to stop the coolant leak and engine overheat -
which he treated like a joke. He never wrote up official work orders to document things - pretending to be Mr. Nice Guy. Steven Trujillo always said such ridiculous things: "that he had performed the Block Test many times (he never charged for all those Block Tests that proved nothing); and the car always passed, and he just cant understand the issue with the car overheating; He always changed the subject when I asked about the Water Pump; he never mentioned doing a coolant pressure test to locate source of leak in Cooling System; and the statement "Oh, if only we can get the Warranty Company to do this so we can repair the head gaskets." Steven knew from the beginning that he had no plans to replace the head gaskets or cylinder (work done under warranty at Larry H. Miller Dodge in Albuquerque), and was just playing games for almost 3 months just to be a deceitful jerk. Steven Trujillo also knew the Warranty Company wanted him to perform a Leak Down Test (the only test that provides solid, conclusive results about any issues with head gaskets/cylinders) so they could authorize the work to repair those things, or replace the engine - but Steven Trujillo nd all the other Dodge dealerships were against that 'cuz that would help me!!!

Never mind the clowns at Dodge: LYING Anthony Montemorano (General Manager), Chief Dork Robert Hashagen (removed every stitch of clothing, and stood naked on stage in front of 900 sailors & Naval officers (sitting in the grand balcony) at the Ford Island Theatre at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii for hours at a time on ten separate occasions), FREAKY Fernando Ruiz & Josh Ervin @ LHM Dodge in Albuquerque; Eddie Wilson the Child Molester & Jason Sanchez CHIEF GANGSTER @ ABQ Melloy Dodge DEMANDED $930.86 IN CASH TO HAVE A GOOD TIME; NO WARRANTIES, NEVER COME BACK, CAR OVERHEATED NEXT DAY; puking Jordyn Castellano @ LHM Chrysler who billed $334.00 with no jobs on work order cuz she wanted $334.00 for herself; Lying Todd Henry, Poopy-Pants Brian Crowe and LYING, destructive, NAUSEATING one-eyed Steven Trujillo at Melloy Dodge in Los Lunas - are all to blame & will go straight to hell for being the lying scum they truly are: for not honoring Dodge 2-Year Parts & Labor on all failed Dodge parts or using help from my to of the line extended warranty company to intentionally
destroy the engine; to force a trade in for another car: to reduce the trade in value on this fairly new Dodge Grand Caravan Minivan TO ZILCH and refuse to apply $8,800.00 wasted nebulously waiting on Dodge for the purchase of another Dodge,
