LHM at the Grand Designs Show in London we…

At the Grand Designs Show in London we met many staircase companies. One company in particular caught our eye, more well known in Scandinavia for luxury staircases (search Xtrapp Norway). The quality of the website and brochure for LHM Step was significantly better than the other companies. My wife and I were extremely impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Elena.
I contacted all the companies from the show for quotes and again LMP impressed with a number of site visits and a truly bespoke service. Elena arranged a payment plan which suited us with 4 equal payments and set out a time scale for each stage:
1) Structural engineer visit.
2) 3D design
3) Production
4) Delivery and installation.
Its always a good sign when every deadline was met and exceeded. When I searched reviews for other companies it was common for deadlines to me missed.
The end result is a truly stunning staircase with natural Ash treads/risers/handrails and glass balustrades.
Shame I can't share the before and after photos on Trustpilot.
Elena even bought us a bottle of Moet Champagne to toast the grand opening ceremony.
