Deceitful irresponsible and bad service
I, an expat and my partner a Dutch native worked with Libero with abysmal results.
Deceitful irresponsible and bad service. After they got their money, finding them was very difficult; the number they gave us was never answered. Finding them is very difficult after they get paid.
Their service that is supposed to show us houses before funda, doesn't work properly and keeps sending irrelevant results. Out of more than 400 emails, only one had a matching house, the locations, and the price ranges are off.
When we made the offer through them, they just pushed us to overbid by quite a bit while not ensuring the financial clause of our bid. This is the opposite of what they told us. Later they would say there wasn't enough time to make the insurance even though we told them about the house a week in advance. They didn't tell us in time for example 2 houses before the bidding deadline they said they couldn’t guarantee the financial insurance. They waited until the last moments. Even though we told them about a week in advance. We lost 2 houses due to their inadequacy.
When we confronted them with the issue saying that we were unhappy with their service, they were so casual and even calm about wasting our money and resources (saying yes this is what it is) that made us think that this was not the first time that this had happened, but part of their business model.
