Gary was professional and knowledgeable about the process of trying to secure a loan. He followed everything up in a timely manner and had the foresight to see if anything may be a problem. Another great experience. Has loads of knowledge and expertise and was able to guide to the right refinance package and saved us over $500/month in repayments. The staff are friendly and helpful and always get back to promptly. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
