Even when it looked like we wouldn't get approval due to a credit card with a high limit and a low monthly balance, Gavin hung in there and guided me through the process. Gavin knows the finance industry and can help guide you through the hurdles. It is enormously frustrating when you know what you can afford, and the lenders keep asking for more evidence. Gavin handled this all for me, sorted through the forest of paperwork and lending requirements, so I only had to actions the necessary documents. I have no hesitation in recommending Gavin yo any prospective borrower. Gavin will be in there fighting for you every step of the way!!!
