Liberty did all the work in finding me a loan that suited my situation and needs. They liasined with the banks and took all the hard work and stress away from me by being the negotiator. Jack was fantastic to deal with- always returned my calls and emails promptly. He spoke to me in a professional manner but with easy to understand information.

Jack Weiland was a consultant that we had the pleasure of working with pre Covid. Jack had contacted us as his previous clients to check in with how we are travelling 2 - 2.5 years after his last meeting with his. We were pleasantly surprised but very pleased to find the Jack was following up to ensure that we were keeping our financial responsibilities but also ensuring that we were getting the best possible outcomes that were needed for us financially.
Jack was not only knowledgeable around the products that he discussed with us but was also extremely efficient and effective in how he managed the process of re financing multiple loans. He patiently explained the process pre and post implementation as needed. Answering questions was not an issue and ensuring that we were informed every step of the way made us feel confident in the process. Jack was also contactable and made contact with us regularly which also helped put us at ease. He spent the time to ensure we were comfortable in face to face meetings or phone calls as well as being sensitive to our family and work commitments.
We have recommeded Jack to a number of family and friends regarding his services. His professional yet friendly manner gives us confidence in his recommendations and expertise.
