Jennifer exceeded our expectations of a mortgage broker. We were advised by many mortgage providers that we were not able to get a loan, however after making contact with Jennifer we not only managed to get a loan through her expert knowledge, but we had a loan and our first home within 3-4 weeks of meeting her! The process was smooth and Jennifer was just a phone call away with any of our enquiries. I still contact Jennifer with any questions that I may have now. Jennifer is also extremely flexible, which worked with our work schedules. I cannot thank her enough!

Very responsive and great with taking into account what I was looking for and giving me options that met my preferences.
