John was upfront, knew what he was talking about, very professional. He anlaysed all the data and with his understanding with the banks, knew what they were looking for - making sure we had a successful outcome. He understood and kept us informed of any red flags that would arise. The confidence that he had in himself knowing the timeframes and requirements needed made the process so much easier. John was our neighbour for approx 3 years, we became good neighbours and friends but didn't go too much into the business side of himself - he wasn't pushy and it wasn't until we decided to sell and move and needed extra help we thought we would speak to John and he was more than happy and overwelmed that we approached him first.
