After a lengthy decision process by one of the big four, which ended up as a decline, we were in default for our off the plan apartment and had just two weeks to settle. Lex took stock of our situation and within days had an application in with another major bank and negotiated a new loan and refinance at the same rates as the big 4 bank. We settled and are now enjoying our new home and new loan products.
