Mark was amazing, I had been working via long distance with a mob in QLD and they were stuffing me around for months and non-responsive. I was then recommended Mark by someone in Ballarat. I went and saw Mark on a Sunday and walked out of there a few hours later and everything was all done. Mark is super reliable and gets it done! I often drive past Mark's office and he is always working no matter what time of day!
