I consulted with Masih for our first home purchase. There was some stressful job events happening, and I was anxious to get a house settled as soon as possible, but the market was going crazy because of interstate buyers. When I got a very good offer from another broker, Masih was happy for my partner and I, and encouraged us to go for it. He later told my partner that he didn’t believe in pushing clients. What he didn’t know was, that I am very sensitive to being pushed, and so when I felt the other broker ramping up the pressure at the last minute, I went back to Masih. We both felt so much more comfortable with him, and indeed, he did a good job of holding us by the hand and giving us his excellent advice (which naturally I didn’t always accept straight away, without playing devil’s advocate!). Masih gave us lots of useful information, and unbeknownst to me, my partner was ringing him night and day for reassurance, because we were both nervous about settlement!! I had to laugh when Masih told me about that! Cynthia also offered us invaluable support, as she and Masih had connections to our lender. I thoroughly recommend Masih as a professional, knowledgeable, courteous and affable broker, especially if you are a first home buyer. See him early to get your finances in order for purchase!

Very good service from Masih and his professional team. They did thorough research into the different lenders to find the loan that suited us, very prompt at replying to emails and follow up the procedure, so considering limited time that I had we could work out what we were after. Highly recommend.
