Thoroughly recommend
Thoroughly recommend! 10/10 will definitely use again for any financing in the future. After separating from my husband I was trying to keep our family home for my three year old son and myself as well as paying out my ex and Ryan turned my hopes into reality! He was helpful, knowledgeable and supportive throughout the whole process. I have very little experience in this area but no question was too silly and I felt in control and listened to at all times.

My First House
Had to get Finance to get a house loan when in that over 50'ies age group. My Bank kept revising the requirements which was making it hard to get finance. Ryan helped out & made getting the loan smooth & pain free... Ryan was a fantastic help, during this process.

We weren’t told no, we were given options!
We had been trying to refinance our house to do renovations for a number of years and so many brokers/banks put us in the to “hard basket” because we were self employed. I finally found Ryan who didn’t give up. He gave us alternatives and options and instead of renovating we sold our house/hobby farm and was able to buy a much bigger house with a smaller mortgage. We couldn’t thank him enough for his time and highly recommend him to anyone who has ever had the door closed on them or told sorry it can’t be done! Thanks Ryan, we couldn’t be more happier and are forever grateful.

We found Ryan really easy to deal with. Came to our house due to our work it was out of normal 9-5 hours really appreciated everything he had done with this loan and for the trying times we had for the first loan due to covid and keeping his cool with me while I was loosing it really appreciate your professionalism during this time.As for liberty bank I will not recommend to anyone they where very hard to transfer out to another bank. Settlement could not of happened if I didn’t jump and down and rang them nearly every day for 4 weeks. Ryan tried his best but couldn’t really do to much to push it through his hands was really tied. All in all great family man with heart of gold thank you..
