DO NOT USE THIS SITE
They sent me an item in a dirty box which looked like it has gone through soil. And the toy itself smelled disgusting. I complained and they told me no refunds, just wash the toy. As if I would ever put a toy in that condition anywhere close to my body. AVOID AVOID AVOID

No order confirmation, no tracking information, no customer service. Oh and so far no delivery either :-/

I recently purchased a gift for someone from this website. When I received the confirmation e-mail I was a little surprised that it did not have a estimated delivery date, however I decided to get in touch with them. I never heard from them I thought you would get an automatic e-mail that you usually get one of our customer service assistants has got you enquiry & will be in touch with you etc. When I hadn't heard from them I checked the reviews then started to panic this was a fraudulent website. I am sad to say I jumped the gun & contacted them again however, after 2 days (I assume this must be a small company) someone got back to me & the item arrived 23-03-23 so very quick delivery. I wish people would leave good reviews for good service especially as small companies (if this is a small company I don't know only assuming) require word of mouth to keep operating.

Got free express deliver for a toy and cleaner for work, ,didnt get a dispatch email, never delivered and emailed twice and they don't reply at all to the email. Disputed a claim with my bank in the meantime, wouldn't bother and would believe the other reviews. Will maybe try again somewhere else

I wish I had seen the reviews on here before I purchased, and if I had seen them that it would have stopped me. You know they say when something seems too good to be true!? That!

Purchase was fulfilled quickly but I bought in haste and asked for a refund.

They ignored me, even when I explained that the law, under distance selling regulations was in my favour. They only agreed when I raised a PayPal escalation. I paid for guaranteed delivery and even the picture and their signature on delivery didn’t get me a refund.

I raised a dispute with PayPal and only then did I get my refund.

Turns out they were not only incorrect on my rights, but on PayPays support!

Caveat emptor… buyer beware

Bought a product from them and had to return it... Returned item brand new, in the packaging, unopened. Its been over 6 weeks and I've had no refund. After some research, turns out they're a Chinese company, so makes sense THEY HAVE NO INTENTION OF ISSUING REFUNDS and IGNORE EMAILS. TERRIBLE.

I would strongly avoid this website, the company completely ignores emails and calls once you have placed your order so if you have any issues with your order you will be stuck with them.

Absolutely flawless online shopping experience. Excellent products at bargain prices!

Paid free delivery, expecting the delivery in 2-3 days. It actually came the next day! Seems they upgraded the delivery to NEXT DAY delivery for me FREE OF CHARGE!

Partial order received, never responded to any emails but took the full funds from my bank account. Poor and would like to warn them off from anyone else.
