Very bad experience. Have asked for my withdrawal of 1000 euros and they have been trying to avoid it for 1 week now. They will respond in 3 days, no matter what, to ask u for another verification stupid document and buy some time. This company should be controlled by the German authorities, since it's allowed to play in Germany with them, and I did. In any other company in the world, with a licence, things are strict and simple. They make their own law. I will soon hire a lawyer, consult the consumers support and inform the authorities. No matter what the cost is, they will pay this 1000 euros definitely to me and also pay a big compensation.

Before I made my first deposit I asked the live chat if I will get the deposit bonus. The answers yes. I then made deposit and finished the rollover requirements,o ly then to be told that the day before "an administrative descision was made" not to give me the bonus.

What a scam, changing rules as they like to.
Stay away, they don't give you bonuses as they advertise.

Fake website. Do not deposit anything there. Still have 300 EUR in my account there which they 'cannot pay to my bank account'. They claim that I have to make another deposit from a crypto wallet and only then can withdraw. This is obviously a fake. Lost 600 Euro total there now with the 300 that they don't pay out. Sad. I hope this prevents some other people from wasting there money there.

I have already completed all the procedures indicated for activating the account, and they continue to send me emails on the same documents to be sent, after 2 weeks wasting my time and preventing me from making a ridiculous withdrawal of only €20!
Stay away from this crap.

Made first deposit. Lost it. Requested bonus. Received it. Won Money from the bonus. Requested Withdrawal. Took one week. Received my money. Everything is good and normal.

Made second deposit. Lost it. Requested Bonus. Live chat told me I could not receive the bonus. Asked why. Said it was a decision made by administration. Asked for reason. Said they do not have to give one.

Closed my account.

Now this is also the same group as campobet. They both have terrible service and customer support. The answers they give are generic and most likely copy pasted.

Terrible and rude customer service. They make up rules as they go. For their welcome bonus, they don’t even credit you right away. You have to have to message them for it. I forgot to do that, and a couple days later when I asked for my welcome bonus, they refused saying it was past 48 hours (not even something on their terms and conditions).

They told me I should learn to read, but it is them that should read because every excuse they gave me wasn’t in their terms and conditions for the welcome bonus.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. HUGE SCAM. I can imagine how much harder it would be to withdraw money.

LIBRABET SPORT cheated me and did not give a freebet for the promotion, which consisted in the fact that if I put 50e(200pln) and bet 50e on the champions league bet, I will get 10e freebet for every goal scored in the match.
I deposited 50e and placed a Bayern Munich vs Chelsea bet - the match ended 4-1 so I should get a 50e free bet (5 x 10e).

When I applied for a free bet in the chat (according to the rules), the consultant first told me that I had received the freebet earlier and that I would get the freebet if I make another 50e deposit. The consultant had no idea about the promotion and said that I would get a reply by e-mail.

The e-mail informed me that I would not get a freebet because I already got it ... (incompetence of the staff is shocking because i didint get freebet for this match).

When I replied to the e-mail and explained that I did not get the freebet, I got a point from the regulations that they may not grant the freebet at their own discretion.

I understand the provisions of the regulations, but why did staff try to convince me that I already got a free bet for this promotion and this match and that I should make another payment to get freebet ???

The company is cheating people,I have evidence of this, emails and chat records of chat.

I dlike to get back my deposit 50e(200e)or to get freebet 50E (200pln) ,I would not pay if there was no promotion.

Tried to withdraw and they asked KYC documents. I send them and they approved. Then they asked bank statement for last 3 months. After they had reviewed it they said i had been transferring money to other players of their casino via my personal bank account and that is violating their rules. So becoz that they closed my account and stole my money...
This is what they gave as reason in email:

"We kindly inform you that, In the transaction history you submitted, our Security Service found transfers to other players of our Casino. Your account is closed without the right to restore.

The amount of the last deposit will be refunded to your bank account by our financial department."

Yes its ridiculous rule that Librabet has. They can close any account and avoid paying winnings just saying account owner had some money transactions in his/her PRIVATE BANK ACCOUNT to some other person that Librabet claim is their customer!!!

First of all, private bank transctions should not be any Librabets business, even tho they have such RIDICULOUS rule in their terms & conditons.

Secondly, even if violated this so called "rule", how someone should be able to know if their trancstions is to someone who has LIBRABET account!?!?

Again i WARN you all people, if you play LIBRABET, at least DO NOT HAVE any transacitions in your bank, otherwise your money will be stolen by LIBRABET using their RIDICULOUS rule.

It's scum site, they will limit your account after very little win ... NOT reccomended. One of the worst bookmaker outhere, withdrawal are very difficult as well.

the withdraw limits are very low ...maximum 500 euro per day...maximum 3 transactions on pending....and he makes 2 payments maximum per week...I don't recommend ...I have 58900 euro on balance and 1500 euro withdraw on pending....the terms and conditions are abusive....with that balance you will take the money in 2 years....seriously??I asked on financial department to help me with the balance withdraw with medical problem reason and he didn't make nothing for that!!!I don't recommend to play Librabet.....no play Librabet anymore. :(

They give good promotions, one star, they accept crypto, one star, and thats all. I had no problem withdrawing small amount (like 20pc) of what I deposited, but when it was bigger amount it has been a back and forth with the financial departement. Quite horrible to be honnest But they actually paid me. Its like they will ask you every document on earth, find any pretexte to ask you more and they will always reply in three days. Be prepare for a long ride to be paid.

I didn't trust them at first glance since their license is from curacao, but I wanted to give 'em a shot.
I was actually lucky on this site and I recently received my first withdrawal, and they were super fast in the verification of my account once I sent the documents.

The only flaw of the site is that sometimes their servers lose the connection to the game providers and you kinda have to refresh the page, but it's not a big issue.

With that being said, I have to admit this is a 100% trustable casino.
