Invaluable Service

I found this service invaluable. I hadn’t had lice since I was a child, and found that I had caught them through a family member. I just moved into a new place on my own with a cold, and it was a frustrating time. There was so much information what to do online it became confusing, and trying to delouse on your own is tricky. Sabine was lovely and managed to quickly arrange for Emma to do a home visit. The process took about an hour, she went through my hair made me feel comfortable, and talked me through how to prevent reinfestation and next steps. It worked for me, and took the stress away and I would highly recommend them. The costs is a little high, but is worth it considering the expense of at home treatments, and the discreet privacy and stress it takes away from the process.

Expensive and ineffective

This "clinic" is basically nothing more than a small room in the back of a beauty salon. Despite the fancy website, what you get is staff who were unsure about how to use their machine and the lice was not killed. I will not be recommending this - next time I will use a simple £2 lice comb which I'm sure will be more effective.

Extortionate. Bad service. Hot air scam.

This is nothing but a glorified hair dryer that claims to kill lice. It doesn't and you pay through the roof for it too.

Having dug into the origins of the company you can see that the owner had previous bad feedback running laser hair removal clinics. Poor product and poor service from staff who didn't really know what they were doing.
