I am very disappointed with the level of customer care provided to disabled shoppers at Lidl Newry.
As a disabled customer, I have repeatedly asked for assistance, particularly when using the self-service checkouts. Unfortunately, staff often seem unwilling to spend the time needed to help, leaving me feeling unsupported and frustrated.
Good customer service should include helping customers who require additional assistance, and I do not feel that this standard is being met. I hope Lidl will provide better support and disability awareness training for staff so that disabled customers can shop with greater confidence and independence.
