Poor customer service attitude
We have two Lidl stores near where we live,Cromer and north walsham Norfolk .I've recently have had surgery for cancer,I politely asked at both stores for the cashiers to go slower for me,the response I got it's company policy we have to go fast,not acceptable ,not a problem at Tesco Morrisons Sainsbury's co op,this is the type of attitude that differentiates Lidl from other supermarkets,they have a lousy customer service attitude.if i could they would not get any stars.i will add the only member of staff who seemed to care was the manager ben at north walsham,he is always happy to help,the rest cant be bothered.
