I spend iro £100 a week in BN2 Lidl, use it once or twice a day.

Tonight, a delivery Artic pretty much ran me over, as a pedestrian, I banged on the vehicle and told the driver this. 'You should be looking where you're Fing going'.

Im a pedestrian on Lidl property, Artic crosses the median and blames me even though he saw a customer entering the store.

Spoke to duty manager, stated this is not his problem, as car park had nothing to do with him, but could not offer an email to escalate to.

I know your prices are cheap, your customer interaction should not ne the same.

Provide direct email for me to address this Health and Safety issue.

Bought grass fed steak from Sainsbury’s it was delicious, when we saw the same in Lidl with same type of packaging and price decided to treat ourselves, awful.All three pieces a fillet n two ribeye were grisly and hard to chew.Advised Lidl sent all details and got an £8 voucher, it ruined a whole meal so won’t be buying meat at Lidl again. Shame the only one who was happy was the dog.

Love the new makeover at Arundel Rd Lidl. Can we have plant based ice-cream and lactose free milk please. Everything seemed much fresher and stocked well.

I was doing my usual shopping at Lidl Brighton branch BN2 5TB Arundel Road, when I was politely approached by a member of the staff called Sam B. and he returned to me an item I lost 2 weeks ago. I am very thankful and grateful for this honest
gesture of his. He made my day!. Thank you for having members of the staff like him. It makes a big difference shopping in a place when you come across great customer service like he delivers. Thank you sooo much Sam B.👍👍👍
