Customer service as bad as their salad boxes.

I purchased two salad boxes in October. I filled in an online complaint and haven't heard a thing. So much for a reply within 48 hours!! Both boxes were in date and eaten on the day of purchase. The chicken salad had blackened salad, carrot and soya beans.
The sweet potato salad had blackened salad, beans and sweet potato. It was disgusting!
It wasn't noticeable in the salads as the rotten food was at the bottom of the boxes. It's put myself and my husband off from purchasing them again. Yuk!!

STAFF ARE NO WISER THAN THE CUSTOMER!
GO ON-LINE... FILL OUT THE FORMS AND THEIR WEBSITE WON'T LET IT SEND!!! JUST RUBBISH! DON'T WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME WITH THEM; GO TO ALDI*****

Don’t bother shopping there

Don’t bother shopping there - One of the manager’s customer service needs to improve drastically. He should follow the other manager Tim who provided us great customer service
