Poor service

I love what this store has to offer, but we don't have one in Louth, the nearest is in Mablethorpe or Grimsby. Therefore, when I'm out and about, I'll always visit one and stock up on supplies. Today I wasn't far from Thorne and decided to call in. Firstly, there weren't any self-service tills and only one till was open. The queue was so long that two different people dumped their shopping on the adjacent till and walked out. Eventually, after requests by both myself and another customer, another till was opened.
I wish that they'd get their act together and serve their clientele in the manner that they deserve. The only reason I have given them the second star, is for the quality and variety of their products
