Absolutely Dreadful Experience !!!

I've Only given the 1 Star as you have to do so to write a Review... I went to my local Lidl in Ely, Cardiff... The front of the store doors were Locked at approximately 15.45-15.49 hrs... They Close at 16.00 hrs on a Sunday... This is Not the First tie either, Many times they have done so. I was with another lady as were were approached by the Lidl Security Guard, ( He has Followed me around the store Many times, Unjustifiably so.}, & he said that we had 8 minutes... No Apology for Locking the In door, we entered through the Exit door, along with him. I went to do my shopping, and approximately 30 seconds after I had picked up some organic carrots & had placed them at the top of my shopping trolley, I was approached by a Rude & Smug woman with blond curly hair, tied back in a short ponytail. I believe she is mixed race, for identification purposes, as she Refused to tell me her name, which I asked for, directly after she then told me that I was Banned from the store because I was a Thief !!! She was then joined by a tall, blond haired man whom came out from behind a door near to the Entrance of the store. I said to him, '' She's just told me that I am Banned from shopping here, that I am a Thief, but I'm Not, I did Not Steal Anything !'', & I asked for his name & he Refused to give me his name, saying to me, ''We are just passing down a message from Head Office, so we don't have to give you our names. You have to leave now !'' & the woman said to me, ''If you don't Leave now, we will call the Police as you are Trespassing !'', then the Security man quickly walked up to me & he said to me, '' You have top Leave now !'', & I said, '' I'm Not a Thief, thank-you very much & don't worry, I'm Leaving !'', at which point I started to walk towards the Exit door, followed by them & I said to the blond haired mean, '' I have Never Stolen Anything from here... Even when there had been a Drought & I had not drunk any water All day, as I do Not drink tap water & I was Out of Mineral Water, I had picked up a 500 ml bottle of Mineral Water as soon as I had entered the store, to my left hand side, drunk it all & then I placed the bottle in my coat pocket, as I Recycle & I had accidently walked out of the store with it in my pocket & I turned around, even though I was approximately half way home, Specifically to Pay the 39 pence for the 500 ml bottle of Mineral Water, so I am Honest, I did Not Steal Anything !'', & he said, unconvincingly, '' I understand your Frustration''. I said to him, '' You don't know who I am & I will be Complaining to Management !'', & the woman Smirked at me, & said, '' Complain to Management !'', as if she Knows Nothing will happen to them & they are Protected from treating Customer in such a Degrading way. I said to her, ''I will be taking this to the top !'' & she said, ''Go on then !''. It was her friend, the Manager, Rebekah, that Accused me of Stealing from the shop & of being a Thief before in December 2023, who had Banned me too, Loudly, in front of All the Customer's waiting to pay for their shopping, just the same as she did today, it was SO Humiliating !!! Customer's were Starring at me, some were Smirking, including a woman serving on the checkout & one woman was even laughing at me, & the blond man walked past her& she looked at him & he smirked at my situation, Smirking at me being Accused of being a Thief & of being Unjustifiably Humiliated & Banned so Publicly !!! WTF ???!!!
So, I was shopping there, after I was Banned by Rebekah, the Manager, Apparently, from Approximately April 2024 & until April 2026, because she moved to another store... Clearly Someone had told her that I was shopping there again, or they just Decided to Target & Harass me again... Maybe they do Not like that I'm Irish, or that I'm Anti-Vaccine, or that I'm Gay ??! Throughout the last two year's of me shopping at that Lidl, I have been Made to Repeatedly feel like a Thief, as they have Repeatedly told, { & he told me this himself, Not the one that was there today, another one that was a Decent person.} the Security Guard, {Including the one that was there today, whom took Great Pleasure in telling me, Very Loudly, to Get Out of the store today.}, to FOLLOW me around the store & to look through my shopping trolley & the Cashiers would Demand to look through my shopping trolley , it's made me feel like a Second Class citizen to have to shop there.
I asked for the Manager, & they were Not wanting me to see the Manager, then he came out, and he was this Sikh man, & I asked if he was the Manager & the blond haired man said ''No!'', but he said, ''Yes !'', & the blond haired man looked at him, like, '' You shouldn't have said that !'', & he gave him the very same Look, when I asked him his Name, & he told me, ''Gujarat''. I said to Gujarat, ''I didn't Steal Anything, I'm Not a Thief !''& he Still said that I had to Leave !!! I left the store. Disgusting Attitude towards me !!! Dreadful Customer Service !!!
