I’ve just been to Lidl Brixton and I am disgusted. Went to use a self checkout and the member of staff that was there didn’t say anything but instead he shook his finger at me. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Lidl need to take a look at their staff.

Found flies in my orange juice whilst using the self service orange machine! Absolutely disgusting!
Health & Safety issue! Food Hygiene issue!
Machine needs to be condemned!

Stealthy dishonest price rise.

I am less inclined to buy this product and usually boycott products which have had price increases in this way. The decrease in size means they are less suitable for me as a meal.

I regularly buy Raku Fish Super Selection, which is sushi. My latest purchase of this item resulted in my having a box with 10 items rather than 12 in it, with a weight reduction from 331 grams to 287 grams. I regard this sort of stealthy pricing increase and reduction in product size as dishonest.

I often pop into Lidl to buy lunch. To eat on the go. Buying this item is one reason I go to Lidl. I am less likely to go to Lidl now, and will be going less often.

I've had a reply to my review, asking me to email customer services with more details. They've already had all the details including the store, the date, the item, and what was wrong with it and my view, etc.

This has done nothing to encourage me to give them back my business.
