Rude staff lacking professionalism. Especially customer services and security. Witnessed an awful incident today with a customer being attacked by a lady at customer service and threatened by a security guard. Disgusting behaviour, you are here to support and protect, not attack. I will not be returning.
Lidl you need to investigate your staff member Robert from Greenford store he attacked a member of the public for dumpster diving food you have thrown away when it could of been donated Robert came at him in a aggressive manner tipped his bags on the floor provoked and attacked his poor dog and the dog defended himself and now hes been seized this is not acceptable at all Robert needs to be sacked!
