Frustrating for cash payments

Frustrating for cash payments. Not a single cash self checkout, stopped going to Lidl because I buy just a few items daily and pay cash which in Lidl means waiting ages for people to checkout massive baskets with cashier (usually only see just 1 cashier at a time as well).

Most dreadful after sales service. Lost a regular customer for the tiny sum of £1.29

I am a regular Lidl's customer at the Tollgate Road, Beckton Branch, LONDON. My shop, on Saturday, included 2 mangoes. Two days later both mangoes were clearly inedible. Returned the items with proof of purchase to the branch, but was told by the Floor Manager on duty (2nd September) that I should have returned the mangoes the day after purchase and only on this occasion an exchange will be given but in future nothing will be offered.
The item sold was clearly not fit for purpose.

Lidl's after sales service needs to be reviewed if they wish to retain customers in future. For the price of 2 mangoes (£1.29), you have lost a regular customer. I will be taking my custom elsewhere in future.

How it is possible such a big store…

How it is possible such a big store like Lidl to don’t have priority tills for pregnant women’s or people in need?? Shame on you !!
