Candle Caused Smoke, Greasy Soot

Candle caused smoke, smut, greasy soot deposit over everything in the bedroom. It was even in my hair and nostrils, and on my pyjamas. I contacted customer service and got Sean Houlihan who wanted the candle back. He said it would be destroyed? Then he gave me a freepost address with no postcode so that I would be unable to get Proof of Post from the post office. So no candle, no proof, no problem for LIDL. What a low lot LIDL are, I won't be going back.
