If I could give a zero for customer…
If I could give a zero for customer service I would.
My husband went shopping today to buy some bits for me, he is a neck breather ( larynx cancer) and has recently had a replacement knee so he asked our daughter to fetch some items while he waited by the till to pay, the checkout person assumed and indeed told the person on the next checkout that " these girls" have just got this " old man" to buy them alcohol, my husband attempted to explain that no the " girl" is our daughter shopping for him as he is disabled and was shut down with a dismissive, " nothing i can do about it" from the till, he was then approached by a security guard.
All because the till assistant made a call she didn't want to admit being wrong about so Lidl in Market Drayton although I would think with all of the other supermarkets in such a small town you would actually listen to your customer, you didn't so cheers and never again.
