Bad food quality

I’ve been going to like basically my entire life but today I wanted to speak about the specific item that I bought. I bought the gelatis cone ice cream and was about to eat it and noticed a bad smell and the ice creams was not looking normal and fresh. It had some cloudy looking mesh on the top. This is not good!!!!!!!!!!!!’
