Had a very bad experience at Lidl in…

Had a very bad experience at Lidl in Eltham at the self check out today. I went in just to get 2 packs of bottled water, so I brought only two shopping bags. I ended up spending over £50 and needed an extra large shopping bag. I asked Lucas for assistance as the bags were in another area that was blocked off. He pointed to them indicating that I should get it myself, which meant I should leave half my shopping unattended. I observed him going into that same area to put empty shopping baskets.
When I asked him why he was so unhelpful, he claimed that he was not allowed to leave the self check out area. Poor excuse for poor customer service. Thumbs down 👎

Lidl Eltham

Lidl Eltham, recently had a poor experience with a member of staff and I complained. Glad to say same member of staff served me on the tills today and his customer service was excellent. He was very friendly, chatted to my little ones, even tried to make the baby smile by waving a little doggie toy at her and smiling. Noel deserves this positive feedback today following the poor experience with him previously. Very happy with todays experience. Well done Noel at Lidl store Eltham, London.
