Abysmal service at KETTERING.
All cashier isles closed; only self service open with long queues.
I asked a staff member why no isles were open and was told to use the self service check out. (card only)
When I said I was cash and wished to use an isle, I was old that "I'd just have to wait!"
I left the shopping in the isle and shopped at ALDI instead which saved me just over a pound.
Needless to say, I will probably NOT use LIDL again.

Lidl Kettering. Careful where you park!
Shopped at Lidl Kettering 17.09.25. It appears Lidl have now passed on parking supervision responsibilities to private car parking companies. Kettering Lidl car parking is managed by Euro Car Parks.
I stopped for max 15 minutes on the above date for a quick purchase, only to find I had a parking ticket for not parking in a marked bay!! So careful, folks. DONT PARK IN WHAT APPEARS TO BE A PARKING BAY NEXT TO THE LARGE LIDL ADVERTISING POLE/ SIGN IN THE CORNER. It's not marked No Parking. No yellow or red lines. No DONT PARK HERE!
sign. Euro Car Parks clearly are employing aggressive officials who are out to catch any unwary motorists. I for one won't use this supermarket again!

Dear Lidl GB I really truely sincerely hope you will do a Nordic Week in your shops again soon and in the future because as a Dane living in the UK I can´t tell you how happy it made me to find "remoulade" and fish cakes as I know and love them from Denmark! Yes I can order it from other online shops but it is just so much different when I can walk into a physical shop and buy it! It is a little (Lidl?) thing but sometimes that´s what it takes to make you happy and content so please please please ....... :-))))
