Avoid this workplace.

The environment is disorganised, poorly managed, and built on unequal workload distribution where a small number of employees are expected to carry the majority of physically demanding tasks while others face no accountability.

Management behaviour is unprofessional and, at times, openly disrespectful. Issues raised are ignored rather than addressed, and there is a clear lack of basic standards when it comes to fairness, communication, and employee treatment.

Operationally, the store runs inefficiently, with constant disruptions that make it difficult to complete assigned duties. Staff misuse time, while pressure is placed on those who actually work.

There are also concerns regarding workplace hygiene and equipment standards.

The overall experience was physically exhausting and mentally draining, ultimately forcing me to leave for health reasons.

This is not a healthy or sustainable working environment.

Customer Service Poor
bought a well dated chicken and cooked it same day, when we cut into it was riddled with black. Don't know what, and maybe don't want to!
Because it was raw chicken wrappers are obviously in the bin and customer services will do nothing without bar code etc
We have the receipt, the chicken and the sell buy date - no help.
We are big fans of Lidl, but not now
