Customer Service is a disgrace. Lidl you should be ashamed! Emailed complaints are not replied to. Errors made by Lidl are either blamed on the customer or passed off by saying "return to the store with receipt and speak to management". I've now been out of pocket for 2 weeks now and still no resolve. I'm wondering if staff at Lidl are playing some sort of joke?
