Gift card mistake customer service not helpfull

Bought a £50 gift card from this shop and due to inexperience of the cashier the card got swapped with a non activated card. I later returned to the shop once i realised about the mistake and explained this to the manager and he told me to speak to Lidl customer service since they couldn´t do anything on their end. I contacted customer service over a month ago and all i keep getting is "we're looking into it" replies... No one seems to be interested in helping me solve the issue. Please beware buying gift cards from this shop.

BE AWARE OF PRICE DISCREPANCIES

Just visited my local Lidl in Boleridge street Tamworth today to get a few items. Put shopping on the conveyor belt and then picked up a couple of packets of sugar free drops from above the conveyor advertised at 69p. When the cashier put them through the till they were priced at 95p - a 26p discrepancy.!!!
I told the cashier that the price was marked at 69p and I did not want them at 95p. She walked round to my side of the till, removed the price marker and threw it in the bin.
This is not the first time this has happened and is getting a regular practice. Also another practice is that they don't even put a price on some things so you are not aware of the price until you have actually paid for them. I have tried to contact Lidl under their 'have your say websight' but I can't seem to find a way to say what I want to say.
I AM NOT SAYING DON'T SHOP AT LIDL,I JUST WANT PEOPLE TO BE AWARE AND ALWAYS CHECK THEIR RECEIPTS.

I did manage to complain once to their customer services (well I received an automated ackknowlgement but they never did reply, not even when I emailed them six weeks later to ask if they were going to answer my concerns,way back in October last year. I mentioned then that they were only interested in 'good feedback' not honest reviews.

Thanks for the curtesy of posting a reply on Trust pilot but, as I am a registered customer on the Lidl database and the store was named on my review together with me mentioning that I complained last October and never had a reply, one would have thought that you could contact me directly as you must have access to my details on the Lidl database. I have nothing to hide and stand by my review and will wait to see if you contact me about my incident.
