Purchased two steaks for BBQ

Purchased two steaks for BBQ, Rump and Ribeye, not cheap, in fact more expensive than M & S. Cooked to perfection on BBQ. Brown on outside, pink in the middle, perfect. Couldn't chew them, so tough !!
Ribeye the worst, just gristle !! NOT CHEAP over £7 quid for a single steak. Took photos of packaging, dates etc. to complain. Impossible to fill in online form,
They obvouisly don't want to know, Steer clear of Lidl meats !!
Following this review, Lidl did contact me and I then went back in store and was given a full refund, no questions asked .... good service. (I did have packaging and reciept)

Exceptional Service at Wigton

I would like to leave a positive review for the Lidl employee who was on the checkout today in Wigton.His name is Daniel and his service was exceptional in every way. He was an absolute credit to your store, serving me with great care and kindness as well being totally professional. Thank you for renewing my faith in mankind.
