not the best store for telephone support, all they do is play music....they are comparatively cheaper than most stores but their service in store too leaves much to be desired relying on people queuing up at Self Checkout, and even there they sound pretty aggressive and fed up...especially if you aren't in the right queue etc. people should wise up to Lidl
