Humiliation and intimidation by the Managers!

"self checkouts"when something goes wrong you ask for help... not at Horsham! A few weeks ago i was shopping with the basket and yes it did get quite a bit overloaded , but i felt if was fine to put it through the self checkout! it was all going fine until a few things wouldn't scan or weren't recognised that's when i started asking for help. Unfortunately the white lady assistant with the short comb over hairstyle wasn't playing ball! she started moaning making a fuss telling me off at every opportunity. this happened a few times i had to keep calling for her attention and help but she started switching off deliberately ignoring me. as you can imagine this was frustrating. i asked the assistant if she could stop disappearing and help me get my shopping through! she lost it demand me not to speak to her in such a manner and called for the store manager accused me of aggressive behaviour and kicking the basket trolley on it's side, this never happened!
looking back i felt maybe i should have gone to a til but i was certainly not being aggressive i was frustrated that i wasn't getting the help customer service i needed, i certainly didn't need a telling off from a shop assistant. The store manager's customer service skills where very poor he was adamant i was being aggressive.I asked the store manager if there he could look at cctv for this apparent aggressive behaviour. He refused. i left the store without my shopping extremely upset.
Today i went back to try again with all forgotten and used a trolley for checkout! unfortunately i had to check out on the only til available with the same shop assistant i had the problems with a few weeks ago! my objective was to keep my head down and get through with no problems! As she was about to process my shopping the store manager and a deputy appeared and starting questioning me? "are you ok?" "are you going to behave today" "we will let you shop but only if you behave" etc very dark comments and Questioning they were talking very loud so everyone in the store could hear! accusing me of been aggressive to the assistant behind the till a few weeks ago he was trying to provoke me humiliate me in front of the staff and other shoppers. i asked him what the problem was and had he checked his cctv for the incident, Also if i was aggressive he should have called the police and banned me from the store, his response was he didnt need to? but he continued to tell his deputy Manager "Ryan" and other shoppers i had displayed aggressive behaviour and that i was now starting to show signs of aggression ! I again decided to leave the shop with no shopping! i was followed out the store with the manager and his duty manager " Ryan". who started becoming aggressive at the door sticking his chest out aggressively with his face in my face shouting and intimidating me as i was trying recover my £1 from trolley. no idea what was going on in this poor guy's head but it was pretty scary something i have never experienced before. After speaking to friends they always tell me it's my Glaswegian accent that turns a disagreement into a aggressive situation?

Parkside Tools - Warranty Replacement

I have purchased Parkside power tools from Lidl for several years. A recent issues with a new 12v battery for a battery drill proved just how excellent their product warranty service is. Just call the Lidl Service number on the packaging & report the problem. They will require a copy of the purchase receipt & a description of the fault? - You’ll then be contacted by the manufacturer in Germany who will ask you to make some basic checks & if still not working, will quickly replace the product.
