Discriminating

I am partially blind blue badge holder. i have a driver i don't drive myself. last week we did a huge stock shop in Lidl Cockermouth Cumbria branch and spent £409. Today i was punished for that big shop with a £45 parking fine because apparently it is limited to just 1 hr 30minuits and we was 14minuits longer than the shopping limit. Absolutely ridiculous we cannot do large shops here with this short time limit and i found it quite discriminating and rushed for someone who has to be a little slower being partially blind
