Yet again till price greater than shelf price!!!
Disappointed that yet again the price at the till is higher than the price on the shelf! Seems to rely on people being to busy to quibble small amounts and disrupt checkout queues as there is no customer service desk!
No action appears to have been taken to prevent this from happening! The solution is simple, get the employee to scan one of the items when filling the shelf and input the shelf price. If there is a difference between the shelf price and the database price it would flag up an error and prevent this sort of thing from ever happening again. It just takes the will to do it!
