Shopped in Lidl Knaresborough this…

Shopped in Lidl Knaresborough this evening. While shopping I heard the manager being rude to a member of staff for not working hard enough. Then when I eventually get to the till after a very long wait in a queue the door alarm goes off and I am left standing for a very long time while 'Len' goes off to back up the manager. When Len eventually returns he is rude and aggressive to me. No apology given for leaving me and the others in the queue waiting. Len needs to learn to be polite to the customers rather than being aggressive. A very upsetting experience.
