Awful experience me and the wife visited the store 3 bags of veg per customer so thats what we had and intended to pay separately. The duty manager said you are one customer so its 3 bags even though i explained that the other 3 were for my mother.Totally unnecessary and if i thought it was this much trouble would have payed at a different till!
Lidl sprowston there was a different lady on checkout today who charged me for 9x36 pack crisps she must of input 9? Why when one was scanned I don’t understand? Watch your receipts people I have been using this store for 5 years never had a problem before I mean who would buy 9x 36 crisps very disappointing I shop here most days perhaps time to change
