Two stores - one excellent, one awful!

Well, what a difference between stores in the same town! I went to my local store on Squires Gate Lane, Blackpool this morning and the middle-aged lady assistant could not have been more helpful, offering me a replacement bag when she saw mine was torn and then offering to open it for me when I was struggling.
This evening I went to the Bloomfield Road store. I went to a till which I hadn't realised had just closed - No "sorry I'm closed" from the young girl - she just pointed to the other till and said "that one". The young man on the other till offered no greeting - he was too busy on his intercom to even acknowledge me - to him I was just an inconvenience. I have always had good service from Squires Gate but I think the staff at Bloomfield Road ought to be sent back for customer service training. 5 stars for Squires Gate, one star for Bloomfield Road
