Serious Misrepresentation of offers!

Misrepresentation of offers!

I got a scratchcard voucher saying Woo Hoo you got 20% off Walnuts 200g.

The Walnuts pack was priced at £1.45 anyway (due to a 30p reduction offered to all Lidl Plus members)...
And when I went to pay (with Lidl Plus anyway), they charged me £1.40 for it which is a 3.5% deduction from the actual price that would have applied to me (not a 20% Woo Hoo)!

They use the explanation that the original price is £1.75 and algorithm takes only 1 offer, but that's a misrepresentation, an abuse of marketing campaign which wasted my time, and an insult to my intelligence! I obviously returned the item, and I think more people should complain to them about this unethical tricking cheating behaviour so they stop sending fake offers, or they start honouring them as they should! No IFS, No BUTS.

My son was poisoned with the chicken…

My son was poisoned with the chicken meat from Lidl, causing him diarrhea and attempts to vomit. Until this happened to me, I did not know that Lidl was and is involved in numerous scandals and has numerous complaints about chicken meat, I realized this after a simple Google search, it seems that the problems with Lidl chicken meat have existed for some time and it still persists and no one takes any action.
I went back to the Lidl store in Loughborough and received a refund for the chicken pieces I bought, but of course this does not solve the problem, the store manager confirmed to me that he knows about the problem and I am not the first customer to ask for a refund for the chicken meat. These problems endanger the health of the final consumer and it is not a joke, that's why I will file a complaint with the FSA in the following days, which I will guide you Lidl customers to do whenever you encounter a problem with their products. don't let your situation escalate to something that can have much more serious consequences for your and public health
.I would also like to draw attention to all the vegetables and fruits that do not seem to be natural and seem to be more fake, such as plums, watermelons, cabbage, tomatoes and many others that have nothing to do with a natural product. I appreciate the professionalism of the staff and the store manager who are extremely focused on customer service.

LIDL forcing people to use self-service

Why are LIDL forcing people to use self service tills? I almost got into a fight with an ignorant employee, who seemed to think it was OK to treat me like dirt, because I chose to load up at a closed till, and not use the self service. This isn't the first time I've had problems at the store, but this is the most extreme.
